Corporate Responsibility – Community Impact.
One of our goals at Shuswap Veterinary Clinic since 1973 is to give back to the community. The doctors and staff have a special place in our hearts for farm animal organizations developing future farmers and rescue organizations that do such a wonderful job of rescuing and re-homing pets. We provide services for our animal rescue partners at a considerable discount. Our support for our non-profit partners includes their fundraising events through cash donations, silent auction item donations, or fundraising support. With the support of our employees and in partnership with our many community organizations, we will continue to make positive and lasting contributions to our Shuswap home.
Therefore, along with providing compassionate and high-quality veterinary services in the Shuswap, we are also committed to being a good neighbor and taking every opportunity to do our part to sustain and strengthen the communities we serve. Our veterinarians and staff routinely participate in charitable events and activities throughout the year.
We are grateful to be able to make these contributions, both through volunteer hours and monetary donations. We are proud to act as but one square of a very large quilt of people and organizations helping to sustain and improve the place where we all live.
